A Week of French Language Cinema in Los Angeles

Théâtre Raymond Kabbaz (TRK) kicks off the French language cinema season in Los Angeles for the 8th consecutive year presenting  A Week of French Language Cinema in Los Angeles, with nightly screenings of critically acclaimed Francophone films. The program includes notable films from Canada, Belgium, Senegal, France, Quebec and Switzerland. All films include subtitles in English. All screenings are preceded by receptions, which begin at 7:00pm, except on Sunday with the reception  at 5:00pm and the screening at 5:30pm. Individual screening is only $5, or $20 for the whole week. This is a nonprofit event. Saucisson sec is a favorite charcuterie and a staple classic French dry-cured sausage in French household served with baguette, butter, cornichons and a good glass of red wine.  The French equivalent of dry salami, saucissons are cured pork sausages.
