She coined the name “French A L.A Carte” in the early 90s while teaching French in Los Angeles, and also “à la carte” for the French slice-of-life. As a writer, digital creator, and self-confessed gourmande, Guylaine spent her life navigating the beautiful nuances of being bilingual and bicultural.
