French-American born and raised in Hauts-de-France, an hour away from Paris, I grew up in Los Angeles, California, and then relocated to the Lone Star State with my family. I am a self-confessed gourmande and love to share the French joie de vivre and lifestyle with my readers on the blog. In the early 1990’s, before the internet craze, I coined the name French A L.A Carte for Kids of All Ages, teaching French to kids and adults in Los Angeles.
