After seeing all those irresistible social media posts about almond cookies, I couldn’t resist diving in and satisfying my craving for that rich, heavenly almond flavor. For this batch, I kept it beautifully simple with just three ingredients: almond flour, sugar, and butter, blended into a luscious dough. I rolled each piece into a little ball and gently pressed my thumb into the center, creating the perfect nest for a generous sprinkle of slivered almonds.




Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
For more almond taste add 2 tsp pure almond extract
This recipe yields over a dozen generously sized cookies with irresistibly soft, tender centers and delicately crisp, golden edges.
