The traditional “Bûche de Noël!” or Yule Log Cake is formidable all holiday long! It usually comes in the following flavors: chocolate, coffee, raspberry, or my favorite classic “crème de marrons” or chestnut cream. Of course, there are also designer bûche created by the master patissiers we will discover later.
