It’s Official! On October 10, 2013, LILA  Burbank Campus and its school community were officially and warmly welcomed in the city of Burbank by the Mayor of Burbank Emily Gabel-Luddy with a ribbon-cutting ceremony which gathered LILA Families & friends of LILA on its new campus grounds.

The event honorees and ribbon cutters included Consul General of France Axel Cruau, LILA Board members, LILA Co-founders Jacques & Pierrette Gaspart, Dominique Jamgotchian, Monique Lough, Shahin Partiyeli, Sophie Riaux-Desblanc, Laura Roubicek, John Fleck current CEO, and Campus Principal Anneli Harvey applauding the efforts, hard work, and dedication of all who generously contributed in time, efforts, and finances to make this project and dream a reality as we remembered LILA’s humble beginnings and history in a  small Van Nuys house and the original founder Monique Mickus’ vision.
