What’s in store this year?  Nouvelle Vague, Tinariwen, Birdy Nam Nam…Well, I do love world music and I must admit  DJ Cam reminiscent of Jean-Michel Jarre stroke a chord…Although I applaud any and all  effort to import “French culture” especially music  to L.A ( enjoyed the Serge Gainsbourg Tribute at the Hollywood Bowl, Patrick Bruel  was in town few months ago at Las Vegas and Jane Birkin this December) … I personally wish there was a more eclectic representative  selection of French contemporary music for every  taste in this  “hard-hitting electric techno DJ”  music  line- up.

OOH la LA! is a French Los Angeles Music Event featuring contemporary cutting edge artists and their music from hard hitting electro to world and folk created by French music director Sylvain Taillet and produced in partnership with GoldenVoice, the creators of the Coachella Muioc and Arts Festival and All Points West.
