Los Angeles Epicurean Festival – Aug 28


On Sunday, August 28, 2011, the Los Angeles Epicurean Festival at Sofitel LA will bring together culinary specialties and extraordinary wines & spirits, under one roof in a casual setting. Products that usually are only available to Chefs are being offered at the Festival. Attendees will be able to pair and compare, taste and take home their favorite selections.

Food demonstrations will be available every hour conducted by:
Keizo Ishiba – K-Zo
JF Meteigner – La Cachette Bistro
Sebastien Archambault – l’Epicerie
Josiah Citrin – Melisse
Neal Fraser – BLD

There will be mixeology classes, oenologists are standing by to explain how to taste and recognize great wines.

Attendees will discover over 500 boutique wines and spirits, cheeses, spices, coffee & teas, charcuterie, olive oils, mushrooms, organic chocolate, meat, fowl, fish and produce and much more….

Live entertainment by various artists, to be announced.
Tickets: $75 general admission – includes all tastings and seminars
$100 VIP poolside cabana & general admission – includes all tastings and seminars, plus a rare tasting or Rosés of Provence, Armagnac & Cognac paired with Cigars
