It’s official, l’Agence, aka The Parisian Agency, is back with Season 6! The Kretz family, Martin, Valentin, Louis, Raphaël, Sandrine, and Olivier Kretz will be back with 8 new episodes, which will premiere on Netflix on February 5, 2026.***
“L’Agence: l’immobilier de luxe en famille” (The Agency: Luxury Real Estate with the Kretz Family) has become one of the most recognizable television shows since 2020. Across the course of each season, the Kretz family not only showcases increasingly remarkable homes in France and elsewhere, but they also divulge more intimate details of their lives, captivating audiences all across the world.
When we left them at the end of season 5, Martin, Valentin, Louis, and Raphaël were taking the reins and gaining more independence as they focused on the family business expansion. In season 6, they transport viewers to new foreign locations with an ever growing ambiton. Hong Kong, Portofino, Mykonos, Palma de Mallorca, South Africa, etc. This season, there are plenty of locations to visit, but Paris is still the preferred playground.
In past seasons, they searched for properties for Alphonse Aréola, Fabrice Luchini, Tony Parker, and Alain Ducasse. In Season 6, model Adriana Karembeu, businessman Marc Simoncini, and Spanish fashion designer Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada are their new upscale demanding clients.
Eight episodes make up Season 6, which will concentrate on international expansion and exclusive, luxury listings. This season, the Kretz family will not only showcase outstanding houses but also be at the center of several personal twists and turns. “There will be a birth, a wedding, and a departure in the family.”
