There are so many delicious perfumes, but for this list’s sake, I selected 10 Classic French Perfumes. Perfume or Parfums and Eau de Parfum is a luxurious necessity that has the power to uplift, inspire, comfort, arouse, captivate, intoxicate, and seduce. Perfume is a powerful trigger of emotions and a myriad of feelings and nostalgia. One whiff and I am transported back in time, revisiting a memory, a moment, an instant. Perfume is part of a woman’s secret allure and persona; her scent lingers on and follows her as her signature.
L’Air du Temps by Nina Ricci was my very first French Perfume as a young lady. Created in 1948 after WWII, the doves represent peace.
